Frequently Asked Questions
How are identities counted?
Identities are counted as Mesh Objects -- unique persons or entities projected into the metaverse from your connected systems. If the same person exists in Active Directory and Entra ID, they are joined into a single Mesh Object and count once. Group objects and service accounts also count as Mesh Objects.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and configuration are preserved during plan changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay via purchase order with NET-30 terms. Annual billing is available with a discount.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a self-service trial at this time. Please contact sales to schedule a personalized demo and discuss how Identity Mesh can fit your environment.
What happens if I exceed my identity limit?
We will notify you when you approach your identity limit. Existing synchronization continues without interruption. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional identity capacity at any time to accommodate growth.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing or nonprofits?
Yes, annual billing includes a discount compared to monthly pricing. We also offer special pricing for nonprofits, educational institutions, and government organizations. Contact our sales team for details.
